Eye spy: the step by step guide to EYEART

Line under the eye / eyelid in a bright green pencil, trace the outline in a tawny brown shadow extending upward and outward @ the outer corners, finish w/ gold powder on the brow bone. Frame using a blonde pencil and brown mascara.

Continue the above technique using black eyeliner underneath the eye and a fine line across the lid, deepen the contour by smudging black shadow into the crease. Two coats of black mascara will open the eye.

To really strengthen this look, use a thicker liner application w/ a liquid liner around the whole eye - keeping the line heavier underneath and on the outer edge, softly smudge a black shadow over the top of the mostly dry liner for a smoother finish, and use 2 - 3 coats of thickening black mascara. Bring the contour out by a heavier application of black shadow either w/ by dipping your brush in water then the shadow or using a damp applicator. The brow can be accented a little more w/ a light brown pencil - lightly drawn on the inner brow, brushing it outward.
